5th Fastest Growing Law Firm in the US seeks talented Marketing Assistant!
Are you comfortable navigating all social media platforms? Are you able to meet and manage deadlines with a positive organized “get it done” attitude? Our rapidly growing estate planning law firm is hiring a full-time Marketing Assistant to handle our social media presence, participate in CEP events, and provide support to our Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager. Your role is to manage and publish social media posts and our newsletter, assist with mailing and gifting campaigns, follow up with potential new clients, and organize and maintain marketing spreadsheets and documents.
Candidates should expect to work from our Cary office 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:- Publish curated social media posts daily utilizing SocialBee. Design appropriate images/graphics using Canva, write captions, and determine appropriate hashtags.
- Research and provide the Marketing Manager with a list of national days and relevant days on a monthly basis. Review and publish relevant Estate Planning curated content using SocialBee publishing platform.
- Create a monthly Newsletter to go out during the last day of each month.
- Run monthly reports.
- Assist Marketing Manager and Business Development Manager with CEP Events and attend as needed (Chamber of Commerce, Referral Partners, Client Appreciation, etc). This includes packing/unpacking materials required for events, literature, business cards, marketing collateral, and swag. Procure items and run errands for specific events.
- Assist CEP signing team with assembling client signing gifts.
- Organize and maintain marketing spreadsheets, contact lists, and documents on Drive.
- Assist with direct mail, referral partner gifting, holiday gifting, and other periodic campaigns throughout the year.
- Monitor Google leads.
- Review blog posts, location pages, and other online presence-related content for grammatical and topical errors.
- Assist team with e-blasts and weekly digital newsletter.
- Follow up with potential new clients on the next steps and keep detailed and organized notes.
- Assist Marketing Manager, Business Development Manager, and Outreach Coordinator with outreach, data entry, and other tasks as needed.
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field, or equivalent experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with CRM/Customer management systems.
- Familiarity with Google Drive.
- Familiarity with video editing and uploading experience with YouTube.
