Marketing Associate
Location: Westminster, London (Hybrid – minimum 2 days in office per week)
Salary: £25,000 – £32,000 per annum (DoE + excellent benefits)
Hours: Full time

In the last 2 years, our company has grown by a third in terms of employees and currently has over £500 million in FUM (Funds Under Management). As well as offering a holistic approach to Wealth Management to our clients, we have a Financial Education division to our company as well as a Mortgages team who offer first class service to our clients. As our team continues to develop and grow, we require a Marketing Associate to support the growing of our Marketing and Financial Education programmes.
The role will be a hybrid (in-office / home working) based role working from our offices in London provided there is appropriate home setup.
The successful candidate will be provided with a work laptop.
Responsibilities & Duties: Marketing Associate
The position will require a hardworking and enthusiastic candidate to contribute ideas & execution to our highly productive Marketing & Financial Education team. You must project a professional image in both appearance and attitude, providing quality support on time to agreed standards.
Duties include but are not exclusive to:
- Creating digital marketing assets
- Liaising with corporate clients under guidance from Relationship Managers
- Co-ordinating projects with stakeholders / external agencies
- Website update administration
- Data management
- Respond to booking enquiries received via telephone or email
- The Hub client facing queries & questions
- Supporting event co-ordination
- Financial Education nurture email campaigns
- Supporting webinars
- Tracking & reporting new business opportunities
Qualifications & Skills: Marketing Associate
This is an interesting and varied role that would suit a confident, motivated and highly organised individual who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do’ working style.
You must have previous, similar experience and must be strong in the following areas:
- Minimum 1 year Outlook diary experience (essential)
- Preferred: qualifications in any of the listed below:
- Creative design software
- Social media advertising
- Google Analytics
- Digital marketing
- High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills
- High standard of written & verbal communication skills
- Highly IT literate, including MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills
- Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude
- Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team
- Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
