We’re looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Officer to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for developing and delivering marketing and communications activities across all our channels to promote WOMAG’s brand, products, and services.
You’ll work closely with the leadership team, as well as the customer service and service centre teams, to develop and deliver brilliant marketing content and campaigns that will help drive engagement with our customers and stakeholders and raise our company’s profile.
Key accountabilities:
- Planning, developing, and delivering marketing campaigns to promote our brand, products, and services.
- Creating content for various marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, blogs, and website that supports the company’s business strategy.
- Working closely with the Customer Relationship Team to support their sales strategy.
- Building relationships with every member of the WOMAG team to seek out content opportunities.
- Working with external agencies to create visually appealing marketing assets such as banners, infographics, and videos.
- Working closely with our digital marketing agency as part of our e-commerce website strategy.
- Being a WOMAG brand ambassador, ensuring that our brand strategy and guidelines are always followed.
- Carrying out market research to stay informed of industry trends and best practices.
- Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Supporting the team with marketing at events, such as trade shows, conferences, and product launches.
This job is for you if you have:
- A degree or equivalent in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Two or more years’ experience in a marketing and communications role, ideally working for a B2B company in the manufacturing and industrial sector.
- Experience of managing social media accounts, email marketing, and content creation.
- Excellent copy-writing skills with the ability to take complex technical information and turn it into easy-to-understand content.
- Experience of using content management systems to manage marketing data and analytics and experience of using e-commerce websites.
- Knowledge of creating digital marketing and re-marketing content.
- Experience of using HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and Photoshop.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
