The Oxford Club is hiring an entry-level Junior Email Marketing Specialist to play a critical role in its business: ensuring that marketing email messages deliver the right message to the right person at the right time. Job Responsibilities
- Execute omnichannel marketing technology campaigns for the purpose of acquiring new customers through channels such as email, SMS, and push
- Schedule, maintain, and monitor daily email delivery to ensure successful deployment of email marketing campaigns
- Work closely with marketing and product stakeholders to maximize the performance of promotional creative
- Track and analyze the performance of email campaigns to effectively acquire and monetize customers at target KPIs
- Execute tests and provide ongoing status updates on various campaigns and projects
- Monitor compliance and deliverability best practices
- Follow the latest marketing, AI, and technical industry trends
- Manage additional projects as they arise
- Understand segmentation and build target audiences
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS
- 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing/MarTech and/or email and marketing automation platforms is a plus
- Familiarity with marketing principles, such as direct response marketing and performance analysis
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Superb attention to detail
- Ability to build, test, and schedule automated marketing campaigns
- Ability to analyze and sort data in project management tools
- Ability to utilize project management tools for scheduling, time management, and progress updates
- Experience using enterprise-level business intelligence and CDP tools, such as ThoughtSpot, Lytics, and Blueshift, to analyze customer data and experience is a plus
