Marketing Specialist - UK

Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with existing teams in the UK, Europe, and International to build brand awareness, generate leads, and strengthen advocacy in the SME sector.
- Develop and execute result-driven campaigns to attract new customers and expand the adoption of our solutions among existing customers.
- Utilise a diverse range of digital and traditional marketing tactics, including email marketing, events, optimised web content, marketing automation, social media, digital and print advertising, webinars, case studies, and video, to drive engagement and conversion.
- Take ownership of planning and organising events targeting the SME sector, working closely with the events team for seamless execution.
- Over time, assume responsibility for monthly targets and reporting on campaign performance.
- Drive customer engagement programs to secure their active participation in marketing activities, such as case studies, testimonials, analyst reports, events speaking opportunities, and webinars.
- Engage with the UK social community, focusing on channels that resonate with SMEs.
- Create regular and tailored content for social media channels, including planning a content calendar with pre-drafted posts when possible.
- Collaborate closely with the UK and wider European marketing teams to align strategies and upcoming initiatives.
- Play a role in influencer engagement through social and digital channels.
General Skills
- Strong marketing experience, preferably within the technology or software industry.
- Excellent writing skills, both for long-form content like case studies and short-form content for social media posts.
- Passionate about digital technology and its transformative potential for business outcomes.
- Self-driven and self-motivated, comfortable working remotely to achieve goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building meaningful relationships with customers, partners, and influencers, whether in person or virtually.
- Ability to identify and engage with social media influencers effectively.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe or potentially beyond.
