The position:
Solidus Labs is seeking a creative and energetic, yet highly meticulous, Digital & Field Marketing Specialist with a proven track record of building and executing B2B events and marketing campaigns that help build the sales pipeline and drive brand awareness.
This role will cover aspects of both digital marketing and field marketing. You will support and own in person and virtual event projects as well as contributing and executing social/digital campaigns.
You should be detail-oriented and committed to producing high quality deliverables (even when deadlines are tight). As an ambitious company in an extremely dynamic space, any candidate must be responsible, accountable, organized, have a self-starter and a can-do attitude.
In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Growth Marketing, or to the VP of Marketing during her maternity leave, and will work closely with our Sales, Regulatory Affairs, and Product teams to contribute to the development and evolution of a fast growing company changing the financial industry’s landscape.
This is a temporary role on a 6-month contract.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as an event, campaign or field marketing manager roles at a B2B tech company.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrable ability to analyze performance data and work cross-functionally to understand measurable impact of strategy and content decisions.
- Audacity to propose big, almost-too-ambitious, ideas and execute them.
- Availability to work during the entire months of September and October, ahead of the DACOM Europe summit taking place late October.
- Ability to travel required
- Location: NYC vicinity, hybrid.

- A background in crypto, finance or banking - is a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Support Solidus Labs’ events marketing programs that span from our DACOM flagship event series - large scale and high-profile live events, through global sponsorship, to webinars and podcasts aimed to drive top of funnel engagement, and mid/bottom of funnel networking events to drive pipeline acceleration
- Handle logistical tasks including shipments, registrations, photography service ordering, team prep, travel, booth set-up and take-down
- Conduct post-event wrap up and analysis
- Plan, develop and execute unique experiences - online and offline - to build awareness and demand of Solidus’ brand, products and services.
- Manage the events calendar, and produce event “quick sheets” to coordinate all aspects of each event (e.g. agenda, timelines, venues, suppliers, giveaways, booth, staffing, budgets, etc.)
- Build relationships with customers and industry players to collaborate on events as co-presenters, panelists, guest speakers, etc.
- Manage social and digital marketing campaigns to fill the sales pipeline and accelerate the velocity of prospects.
- Execute digital marketing tasks including but not limited to email campaigns and newsletters.
