Most of all, they will be a good team player working together to continuously improve how we deliver our service.
Day-to-day:

They will also work on a rota basis to manage a busy comms mailbox, manage reactive and proactive media enquiries, help us strategically grow our social media presence, and play a creative delivery role in our ambitions to continuously evolve our internal communications.
Alongside, an expectation to deliver to tight deadlines, reprioritise workloads, and have the ability to work well under pressure, is also an expectation to be creative and innovative in how we engage and communicate.
We are looking for a proven relationship builder to champion communications across the organisation. Experience of working in a large complex organisation, based across multiple sites, will also be an asset, but is not essential.
