Job description
We are seeking a Braze-savvy Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to join Koala Health’s growing marketing team. Working closely with both DTC and B2B teams, and reporting to the Director of Performance Marketing, your responsibilities will encompass the tactical aspects of our lifecycle marketing program inclusive of email and SMS.
This role will play a big role in maximizing the effectiveness of our acquisition and retention focused lifecycle campaigns. This role will be contributing to customer acquisition, re-engaging lapsed customers by building out email and SMS campaigns within Braze. Prior experience building out campaigns in a customer engagement platform (Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Blueshift, etc.) will be a key qualification for this role.
What you'll do:
- Contribute to strategic and tactical implementation for automated marketing in the B2B & DTC shopper/owner journey.
- Identify key customer segments and personalize content to enhance engagement across the entire customer lifecycle and journey.
- Manage day-to-day operations of cross-channel marketing campaigns, including email and SMS.
- Create and execute email marketing communications to drive customer acquisition and retention.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements, keep partners informed, and provide updates on project performance.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date user data is leveraged effectively across CRM application.
- Conduct tests, iterate on marketing efforts, and share results.
- Determine KPIs through cross-enterprise collaboration, develop mechanisms to measure success of programs, and ensure alignment with business growth goals.
- Identify strategic opportunities to evolve and expand lifecycle strategy to drive increased customer love and Customer Lifetime Value (CLV); including ongoing competitor assessments, guiding customer research and benchmarking, and build potential campaign ideas to drive loyalty.
- Deeply understand the health and value of our customer segments, establishing priorities to increase revenue and performance with specific audiences through dedicated CRM engagement.
What you'll need:
- 2-3 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, with minimum 1 year of direct experience in Braze, Iterable, Bloomreach, Blueshift or similar ESP.
- Experience in marketing automation; including email and SMS marketing.
- Understanding of user segmentation strategy to influence user behavior and lifetime value.
