About the role
Our Sr. Digital Enablement and Marketing Specialist will partner with Global Marketing team, Sales and Taste and Nutrition Discovery Center team to develop and enhance Digital Marketing Strategy for our Brands Business across North America.
What would you do?
- Partner with Digital Marketing Manager and central marketing team to carryout email calendar and optimize email and social performance.
- Drive, plan and schedule social media content creation and strategy based on specific brand and campaign calendars.
- Stay up to date on digital marketing and social trends for continuous improvement and growth, including updating overall brands team on trending topics and up-and-coming social channels
- Work with sales leads to plan and promote regional trade shows, to complete printed and digital materials to be used within B2B retail outlets.
- Ensure all content is posted to internal document hub (Seismic) and content is kept up to date based on product availability.
- Ability to provide accurate reporting, including content usage and preferences and share output and recommendations for improvements with marketing and sales
- Establish and maintain cross functional relationships with the business units including marketing, sales, and ICT.
- Manage and approve Taste and Nutrition Discovery Center (TNDC) schedule via Microsoft Outlook and manage pre and post visit maintenance schedule with facilities.
- Ensure marketing materials stock ahead of customers visits.
- Ensure trainings and knowledge TNDC technology and work across departments to resolve technology related issues.
- Partner with presentation leads to agree on customer engagement approach and priorities and to ensure consistent and high-quality planning and execution of all customer visits to the TNDC.
What will you need to be successful?
- 3+ years business experience IN Digital Marketing or Communications; experience in the food industry a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management or business-related field
- Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the digital media landscape and the marketing technologies that underpin it
- Analytically savvy: experience utilizing data for continuous improvement within social media, email marketing channels
- A natural curiosity, an inclination for discovery, and a bias for action and urgency
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization
- Quality and process oriented: focused on data, timeliness, and effective management of outcome and solutions management
- Self-directed: proactive, strong sense of accountability, independent
- Flexible: willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity and rapid change experience with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn required
