Overview:
JCB got where it is today because of teamwork, which is reflected in our unique take on construction and agricultural equipment. As Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing , helping develop on-brand marketing campaigns that are every bit as innovative as our machines.
Key responsibilities as a Marketing Specialist:
Fundamentally, you’ll be supporting marketing in the Export Sales region.
You’ll also be responsible for developing strategy, writing briefs and will deliver global marketing communications that support sales targets with measurable results. As part of a team, you will work alongside other marketing professionals to create inspiring briefs that help conceive ideas as innovative as our products.
You will collaborate with product specialists in gaining an understanding of our unique and diverse machines and customers. Working alongside our in-house design team, digital marketing team and events team, you will bring your ideas to life and ensure the JCB voice is heard on channels that matter to our customers. You will maintain and develop product content and shape the customer journey on JCB.com, so that site visitors quickly get the information they need when choosing a machine.
You will also work with regional teams to amplify the marketing message and take it to local markets whilst ensuring we are creating qualified leads & measuring the impact on our sales ambitions.
Another key responsibility will be supporting the JCB road to zero and gaining an insight into our electric and newly emerging fuel technologies. Within our industry, we are leading the way in this and with your help, we can continue to do so.
About you:
- Ideally you will have some B2B marketing experience and whilst a marketing degree is preferred, we would still love to hear from you if you think you’d be a great fit.
- You will be highly creative, and able to organise, storyboard & execute content creation including photo and video shoots.
- You will be responsible for creating, executing and measuring multi-channel marketing campaigns, blending digital & physical communications to create a powerful and enduring message.
- Good communication skills are essential, to work with all stakeholders in the business, from product directors to apprentices. You will also work closely with your regional counterparts and take campaigns and communications across the globe.
- Having a commercial mindset is a given, as you’ll be keeping projects on budget and ensuring they are supporting our sales plans.
