Job description
The successful candidate for the Marketing Specialist role is a highly motivated, detail oriented, creative team-player focused on providing high quality marketing material work. You will enjoy collaborating with multiple departments across FHC.

Duties Include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinate quality brand projects across multiple channels, included but not limited to ads, sponsorships, branded screens, and brand marketing materials
- Assist with promotional communications and dissemination of campaign materials
- Assist with marketing requests for sponsorships, logos, ads, and brand marketing
- Assist with presentations and content as needed for FHC Corporate
- Provide support for marketing projects as needed
- Provide & organize sponsorships, logo requests, ads, screens, and brand marketing materials
- Provide reporting, tracking and insights for sponsorships, logos, ads, and brand marketing
- Update and maintain brand guidelines book, branch playbook, and branded screens
- Manage relevant requests from internal compliance software and task workflows for the brand marketing projects
- Social media posts for holidays, conferences, awards, charitable events, and more as required.
- Create Marketing Material for FHC Corporate, departments such as but not limited to: Proposals, Sales, Human Resources Employee Engagement, Operations, Legal, and IT.
- Maintain FHC’s website
- Perform other duties as assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
· Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Arts, or other industry related field
· Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience in Marketing and Banking. Financial services and contact center experience highly preferred.
· Ability to draft business correspondence, reports, and presentations.
· Adhere to FHC’s branding.
· Advanced to Expert qualifications and experience with Adobe Suite of products such as Photoshop, InDesign, etc. and Microsoft Visio.
· Advanced to Expert in custom designed data illustrations.
· Advanced to Expert with MS Office suite of products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.
· HTML experience.
· Ability to think critically and question data.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at one time.
· Ability to draft creative, innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer involvement, satisfaction, and new opportunities for FHC.
