Compensation Range: $30 - 36 per hour
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join their team!
In this role, you will be responsible for managing segment and marketing program plans to drive new sales and retention. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and communication efforts. If you have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving business growth, you are an ideal candidate!
Responsibilities:
- Manage segment and marketing program plans to support company efforts to increase new sales and retention.
- Manage marketing and communication efforts aimed at members, clients and other external stakeholders.
- Work with Creative Services, Marketing, Legal/Compliance and/or outside agencies to update and/or develop marketing collateral and communications as needed.
- Responsible for the maintenance of member marketing collateral and communications.
- Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners including but not limited to Product, Sales and Account Management, Sales Enablement, Operations, and Legal/Compliance; liaise with external partners including distribution partners, creative agencies and print, mail and fulfillment vendors.
- Develop program-specific tracking information and analyzes results.
- Support the development of strategic marketing plans by compiling and analyzing internal and/or external data.
- Research, resolve or compile information to support business or partner requests.

Qualifications:
- Experience level: Experienced
- Bachelor's degree preferred, with at least 4 years of experience in marketing or communications.
- Additional experience in a corporate marketing department or agency is preferred.
- Experience in a B2B marketing environment is a plus.
- Knowledge or experience in the health insurance/healthcare industry is desirable.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and tactics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong composition, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Ability to convey complex information to non-technical audiences effectively.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Creative thinker with excellent project management abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt to ambiguity, and work with a sense of urgency.
- Proficiency in computer programs such as Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong presentation development skills, including expertise in PowerPoint.
- Skills:
- B2B Marketing (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Marketing Communications (3 years of experience is preferred)
- Adobe Creative Suite (2 years of experience is preferred)
