Position Summary:
The position of Marketing Specialist I commonly reports to a Boyd Marketing Specialist II or III, or a Boyd Marketing Manager. This highly strategic position will be tasked with various projects that drive increasing value and profitability of the global organization and proliferate Boyd's brand, positioning, image, and lead generation. A Marketing Specialist I will execute projects and overcome basic issues and challenges to implement marketing strategies under general supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Builds brand and position through web, press, social, and other platforms
- Enhances customer satisfaction by understanding the voice of the customer and assisting in analyzing and recommending improvements from the global customer satisfaction survey
- Creates custom collateral for various customers, industries, products, or applications
- Leads various social media outlets as a voice of the corporation
- Executes lead generation strategies and channels
- May support tradeshows and other events, write content
- Bachelor of Science in Marketing or Business
- 2 years of successful experience in marketing preferred.
