About The Opportunity
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to be responsible for managing new leads, coordinating targeted national and international networking events and trade shows related to Vertical “Enterprise-level” account development and helping to support the sales and marketing activities related to growing this business.
How will you help our impact?
- Manage multiple activities simultaneously and without much oversight
- Possess a strong technical acumen to understand our equipment and facilitate assembly and/or troubleshooting at an event
- Communicate effectively and confidently with customers and strategic partners
- Assist in maintaining C4C database and Smartsheet forms (data entry/updating/importing leads/converting leads) as needed
- Manage HubSpot workflows and editing/distribution of drip email campaigns and newsletters
- Manage sponsored email blasts for vertical market publications
- Use lead generation tools and analytics to closely monitor and review campaign effectiveness for continued improvement and optimization
- Support day-to-day planning and execution of email marketing and online advertising
- Manage tradeshow logistics, and equipment setup and dismantling, independently, while assisting Director of Marketing with show promotions and sponsorships
- Coordinate packing and shipping of event materials with the Shipping Manager
- Assist with updating sales brochures, using tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
- Manage distribution of electronic assets (brochures, videos, photos, premium content) on SharePoint and Big Tin Can
- Responsible for fulfilling direct mail campaigns (post trade show or independent campaigns)
- Monitor inventory of brochures and order as needed
- Fulfill literature/brochure requests in a timely manner
- Translate English marketing and sales promotional and public relations materials into Spanish, as well as review longer translated works
- Update copy, photos, and collateral on English and Spanish websites
- Other duties with similar skill level as requested by Director of Marketing
Who do you need to be?
- Have strong organizational skills and ability to work well in a fast-paced, collaborative environment all while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to network and energetically and effectively participate in customer interactions, trade shows, small and large business gatherings, meetings and outings
- Knowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
- Spanish language skills, a plus but not required
- Process technical, hands-on skills
- Experience with large event planning, including networking events, trade shows, webinars, is critical
- Must be able to lift to 30 lbs.
- Travel required approximately 15% of the time
Experience Needed
- Associate degree or 5 years marketing experience
- Microsoft Office skills with strength in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of a marketing automation tool (HubSpot) and Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)
