Marketing Communications Internship structure:

Orientation: You will start your internship with an orientation that will introduce you to our company, our culture, and our goals for the internship program. You will also meet with your supervisor, who will provide you with an overview of your responsibilities and expectations.

Training: Throughout your internship, you will receive on-the-job training that will give you hands-on experience in marketing communications. You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of tools and technologies, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and marketing analytics tools.

Project Work: You will be assigned to work on real-world marketing projects, collaborating with our experienced marketing communications team. This will give you the opportunity to apply your learning and showcase your creativity and problem-solving skills.

Mentoring: You will be paired with a mentor who will guide you throughout your internship. Your mentor will provide you with feedback on your work, answer your questions, and help you navigate the challenges of the program.

Networking: You will have the opportunity to network with professionals in the marketing communications field, both within our company and through external events and workshops.

Evaluation: At the end of your internship, you will receive an evaluation that will assess your performance and provide you with feedback on your strengths and areas for improvement. You will also have the opportunity to discuss your career goals with your supervisor and receive advice on how to achieve them.

Job offers: The candidates that perform the best during their time with us will be offered a permanent role to join our team.

Please note:

This is an onsite position specifically based in Watford, London so please ensure you can comfortably commute to the location Monday - Friday.
