Providing invaluable support to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you'll help ensure the Aldi personality is always unique, powerful and consistent in the marketplace.

Due to a maternity leave we are looking for a creatively minded individual with a self-motivated approach to work, used to working in a high pressure, time sensitive environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This role will encompass the co-ordination and delivery of large-scale campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring the delivery and alignment of assets across all formats. You will manage the day-to-day workload with our agency partner, ensuring it is delivered on time, to the brief and in budget, whilst making sure creative is on brand and delivering key messaging.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning and delivering reactive campaigns that captures the attention of our customers. You will have the opportunity to use your creative skills to develop engaging copy and content. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, to deliver assets that will be utilised by multiple channels.

Your New Role
- Co-ordinating application of campaign concept for channels and delivery teams
- Channel and delivery team SPOC
- Stakeholder Communications
- Project Management
- Delivery of key presentations
- Management of delivery timelines
- Developing close relationships within the Marketing and wider MarComms function to ensure an aligned approach across campaigns
- Briefing and co-ordinating of unplanned activity/reactive
- Making proactive recommendations for reactive campaigns
- Managing delivery of our agency partners to reactive campaigns, to a high caliber and within budget
- Deal with day-to-day activities that arrive in the marketing department
- Strong understanding of the business KPIs and objectives
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
About You
- A levels or equivalent
- Experience working in marketing, either for a marketing agency or in-house
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills - you need to not be afraid to challenge and ask questions
- Good understanding and experience of managing, delivering, and reporting of marketing campaigns
- A demonstrable record of managing delivery from agencies
- Strong written and spoken communication skills
- Excellent project management skills
- Highly organised
- Must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multi-task
- Excellent presentation skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office packages
What You’ll get in Return
Salary starting £34,690 rising to £40,510- 15 month fixed term contract
- Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
