Marketing Coordinator - Egham, Surrey
Achieve lifestyle is a leisure trust based in Surrey, and we want to expand our team.
The role will involve developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns for a variety of departments of the business including health & fitness, membership sales, spa, swim, sports & cafe.
You will drive brand awareness by being involved in all stages of the communications process from concept to message development to result oriented evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns
- Develop and oversee effective marketing and promotional media from concept through to delivery to support business objectives.
- Oversee the social media activity for the company, to ensure a healthy vibrant source of communication is delivered regularly to target audiences
- Manage website content and design to ensure delivery of clear and creative content.
- Monitor and update the customer databases
- Undertake the programme and administration of staff and customer surveys
- Oversee the Marketing and Communication Strategy, to ensure it is undertaken effectively through marketing, branding, communications and promotion of the sports and leisure facilities
- Ensure budget expenditure is controlled, and produce relevant KPI reports.

Qualifications / Experience
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, ideally within the industry
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- Experience of using a range of marketing tools / programmes including Canva, Hootsuite & Mailchimp
- Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- 1+ years' of experience in marketing
- BSc degree in Marketing or relevant field
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Education:
- Diploma of Higher Education (preferred)
Experience:
- working with Canva: 1 year (preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (required)
