Job Description
The key responsibilities of the Marketing Campaigns Manager will include but not limited to:
- Owning the end-to-end delivery of new marketing initiatives and campaigns including email campaigns, enhancements to the website, events, and workplace promotional materials.
- Supporting the embedding of a new CRM system ensuring it delivers effective and compelling engagement communication programmes.
- Writing copy for a range of media including emails, newsletters, the website, and social media.
- Developing and managing briefs to external creative agencies.
- Using research, data, and insight to develop new ideas to help us achieve cut-through and increase the success of campaigns.
- Owning the reporting of campaign performance MI, making recommendations for ongoing improvement and optimisation.
- Updating literature as required such as member guides, letters, sales collateral, and presentations. Maintain master artwork copies, audit trails and archiving.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Marketing Campaigns Manager will:
- Have a proven track record of managing campaigns end to end. This includes creating the design, implementation, delivery and measuring the results.
- Have previous experience working in a regulated environment - Financial Service, Professional Services, Utilities, Retail or a membership body
- Have good analytical skills with ability to use research, data, and MI to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Be experienced in owning and delivering effective marketing and communication campaigns across a range of media channels including email, web, print
- Have strong copy writing and proof-reading skills with an ability to translate technical content into user-friendly, engaging language
- Have the ability to write creative briefs and manage creative agencies.
