Saïd Business School is recruiting for a Marketing Automation Campaigns Executive reporting to the Marketing Automation Campaigns Manager.
The School uses Salesforce as its CRM system. Marketing Cloud, Salesforce’s marketing automation software, supports the School’s business development and cross sales activities. A dedicated Marketing Automation Campaigns Executive is now required to assist with the rollout of the software across several programmes and to work with the various Programme and Centre marketing teams setting up user journeys and running student recruitment campaigns. Reporting into the Marketing Automation Campaigns Manager, the role holder will provide guidance and best practice for developing campaigns, designing landing pages and scoring methodologies, refining prospect personas and producing metrics.
The Marketing Automation Executive should have experience in working with CRM solutions and running acquisition and retention marketing campaigns to support and guide sales and marketing requirements, marketing segmentation and an analytical roadmap. They should possess experience in CRM applications with respect to troubleshooting, remediating issues, and testing. The ability to undertake technical discussions to architect, design and implement campaign automation including segmentation is required.
A few of the responsibilities:
- Support the management of the Marketing Cloud platform by looking-after the Approvals Workflow, proactively gathering marketing requirements, identifying and remediating issues to ensure timely and flawless marketing campaign executions
- Support campaign development lifecycles including data management, data processing and campaign automation
- Guide the Programme Marketing teams in defining segmentation needs and help build universe and relevant segments for marketing campaigns
