We are looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing Automation Campaign Manager to join our Marketing team.
As a Marketing Automation Campaign manager, you will be responsible for operational deployment, strategic input, performance analysis and improving customer experience.
Our team consists of a wide range of different professionals facing the challenges of an industry in constant motion.
#About the role
As a campaign manager you're managing, on a corporate level, all the marketing automation campaigns through Selligent.
You will be in charge of giving advice on the automation campaigns strategy, building the segments, helping on the emails/forms/sms/landing pages creation and managing the automated journeys. You will also pilot the reporting, the GDPR compliancy, the client pressure, the global process, the trainings & tutorials for the 150 users of Selligent.
We send a wide range of campaigns, from lead management and events to corporate, triggers, promotional and transactional campaigns
#Responsiblities
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of BAU campaigns and the marketing automation tool:
- Create the emails, forms, landing pages, SMS on the tool (based on templates or from scratch)
- Create campaign reports and analyse performance
- Monitor and maintain the correct level of communication cadence
- Optimisation of all channels to drive uplift
- Communicate plans with all stakeholders on a regular basis ensuring operational excellence.
- Suggest methods for improvement and optimisation.
- Develop documentation and road maps for processes, A/B tests, and promotions that succeed through email
- Train the internal users on the marketing automation tool and processes
- Support users across the business to drive enablement
- Create and maintain the best practices, guidelines, tutorials and training materials.
- Run monthly training meetings for new joiners.

#Profile
- You have 3+ years Marketing Automation experience driving successful email marketing programs.
- You master these technical skills, data/ HTML & CSS/ emailing building as well as Marketing Automation tools basics
- Take ownership of everything you do, are proactive and follow through on commitments.
- You are hungry and ambitious to help coordinate activity and deliver the best-in-class content-led campaigns alongside our marketing team
- Well-organised and display the ability to structure and prioritise your work.
- Selligent experience preferable but not essential
- As a facilitator you are a true team player!
