• As the Marketing Communications Manager the successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape and execute our communication strategies across various channels, including social media, email marketing, website content, and events.
• In this role you will work closely with our cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand cohesion, while also identifying and capitalising on new opportunities to amplify our reach.
• Take the Brand Strategy and develop and implement comprehensive marketing communication plans.
• Lead a team of 3 marketing executives to ensure that workload is successfully managed and optimised to achieve the marketing plan and objectives.
• Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and multimedia content.
• Analyse data and metrics to track the effectiveness of our communication campaigns.
• Managing key relationships with stakeholders across the business.
• Define and set a clear communications plan for both the Vaillant and Glow-worm brands across each project whilst providing regular updates to the Marketing Operations Manager and Brand Strategy team on the ongoing results of the campaign.
• Collaborate with internal teams and digital marketing teams to execute the campaign and ensure KPIs are achieved.
• Work closely with the Customer Insight Manager to ensure with the wider marketing team have a clear channel and content balancing to achieve cut through and exceed share of voice for the category.
• Work effectively with agencies across the marketing mix to meet the KPIs for the campaign.

• Previous experience working in a similar role in the marketing industry.
• The ability to manage agencies/suppliers effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the confidence to communicate effectively across different teams and levels.
• A high level of numeracy, accuracy & attention to detail.
• An advanced level on MS Office including PowerPoint and presentation writing.
• Excellent written and oral skills.
• Strong analytical skills, including ability to deliver reporting that informs of strategic decisions ·
