I am working with a highly regarded international charity as they look to recruit a brand new role that has come out of a new way of approaching their legacy fundraising. The post of Legacies and Mid Value Marketing Manager will be responsible for making the most of all opportunities that are presented to them. Previously all legacy marketing was handled by the individual giving team, now is time for them to invest and have a real focus on their legacy programme.

As their Legacy and Mid-value Marketing Manager, you will delivering effective marketing campaigns to their legacies and mid-value audiences. Working closely with the Head of Legacy and Mid-value, you will help deliver the acquisition and engagement strategy for key areas of the legacy engagement and wider mid-value programme across key channels. These will include mail, direct mail, telemarketing, and digital channels. Work with external agencies to in the delivery of a number of these campaigns, working with them to ensure high supporter service is delivered. Analyse and report on marketing effectiveness, ensuring supporter insight and data analysis play a pivotal role in their marketing, driving a test and learn.

You will have worked in and gained experience in running and delivering legacy marketing campaigns from end to end. This would include creative, data selection and campaign evaluation. Experience in a variety of marketing channels, this could include telemarketing, direct mail and email. You will feel comfortable managing relationships with external partners, such has telemarketing agencies, creative agencies and fulfilment agencies.
