ABOUT YOU
We're looking for a proactive marketing manager to join our marketing team, who is as mad about creating all things brave, bold and beautiful as we are. Working in a fast-paced environment, where no day is ever the same, you must be proactive, enthusiastic and open to all sorts of new and exciting ideas. The role will require you to become fully integrated within The Old Hall Ely team and will include Wedding, Hotel and Restaurant marketing and PR work.
The ideal Marketing Manager will be:
- A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, inspiring teams to bring ideas to life (no matter how big or small the idea!)
- A genuine passion and experience for the hospitality industry & marketing.
- Adept at working in partnership with the events, chef and corporate team to develop & maintain the websites & social channels used to promote the business, ensuring they are fully optimised to maximise revenue.
- Confident with running your yearly budget for the marketing team.
- Running the full marketing schedule.
- Adept at gathering and synthesising all relevant consumer & market insight to provide a clear customer voice & competitor lens for our work.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong marketing campaign planning & delivery.
- Analytical capabilities - able to commercially analyse the impact of marketing activity -
- Skilled in organising and completing work efficiently, accurately and to agreed deadlines.
- You have supervisory experience and enjoy helping to manage, motivate and engage the events team.
- Your interpersonal skills enable you to make genuine connections with clients, guests and colleagues.
1yrs Experience in hospitality, weddings, hotel or leisure is essential.
