Job description

We're a small company offering Bubble Teas from 7 sites in the South West and we’re looking for a marketing expert to join us daily at our Corsham office.

We are looking for a confident, hands-on, self-motivated and switched-on person who appreciates working within a small team and has a clear understanding of marketing principles and strategies.

Our expectations:

• Increase of online and offline brand awareness and be responsible of its development
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
• Set-up collaborations with businesses, local authorities and influencers
• Conduct market research, for example using customer surveys and focus groups
• Ownership of budgeted marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns both online and offline (including physical events)
• Organise, including training and managing personnel, and attend promotional events
• Manage in-house Content Creator Producer and/or external creative to design and produce online and offline marketing materials
• Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and offline campaigns
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Produce, develop/update and communicate marketing policies and procedures
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Be responsible for the development and maintenance of our loyalty app (training provided)
• Provide weekly reports and metrics directly to directors

Essential skills, knowledge and experience needed:

• Experience in developing and implementing budgeted marketing plans and campaigns
• Good IT skills
• Experience in developing and managing effective social media content
• Ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Excellent communications skills
• At least 3 years experience in working in similar role
• Self-motivated and with great organisational skills

You will need to have a car and be able to work some weekends and evenings as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
