Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager with experience leading a cross-functional team across content strategy, product marketing, demand generation, and digital marketing to create category awareness and generate pipeline for sales.

You will report to the Director, Integrated Marketing, and can be based remotely from anywhere in the US where Smartsheet is a registered employer, or from our office in Bellevue, WA.
You Will:
- Strategic Planning and Campaign Mix: Lead and align key decision makers in Content Strategy, Audience/Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Digital Marketing to set campaign goals and develop the campaign mix. Accountable for meeting the goals for the target segment(s) and audience(s), while considering budget and available resources.
- Campaign Targeting: Identify campaign demographic, firmographic, and psychographic targeting criteria, working with data scientists/business intelligence to determine the best targets. Ensure that the targeting maps with the buyer personas and buying groups identified by Audience/Product Marketing.
- Brand activations: Drive for innovative, break-through, experience-based activation of the Smartsheet brand in existing and new channels across the organization.
- Campaign Theme and Architecture: Develop the campaign themes and campaign architecture with key tactics, programs, and content/assets for the various phases of the buyer's journey: awareness, interest, consideration, and purchase.
- Content/Asset and Program Development: Develop campaign briefs to inform the development of various assets (e.g., ads, case studies, white papers, demos, reports, email, videos, webinar presentations, etc.) and programs (e.g., lead-gen, thought leadership, etc.), working with internal and/or external stakeholders to ensure completion/execution.
- Execution Using Martech Platforms: Leverage Smartsheet's martech platforms to support media targeting, using intent signals, predictive analytics, and propensity modeling to execute personalization, conversational marketing/chatbots, nurtures, and lead scoring within the campaign.
- Campaign Management and Optimization: Ensure completion of campaign bill of materials, launch, in-market execution, measurement and reporting, and ongoing optimization. Monitor process and report on key performance metrics with key stakeholders and senior leadership.
You Have:
- 12 years marketing experience with at least three years in SaaS/Software/Technology marketing; Demand Generation, Integrated Campaigns, Field, or Digital Marketing background desired.
- Experience entering into new categories and markets is preferred, but not required, ideally with experience developing multi-year roadmaps & plans.
- A solid understanding of audience segmentation; strategy, planning and execution of marketing activities, both online and physical.
- Experience developing and managing successful integrated brand-to-demand campaigns.
- Experience working cross functionally to drive alignment and successfully accomplish goals.
- Strong affinity to data, sales and marketing metrics, and continuous optimization.
- Very strong organizational and written/verbal communication skills; must be able to prepare presentations and be comfortable speaking to groups; must be comfortable dealing with sales/executive management.
- Must be familiar with or able to quickly learn a variety of martech platforms and business application systems, including but not limited to: CRM, Marketing Automation, Analytics, and more.
- Ability to work in the US on an on going basis

Smartsheet provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas we are licensed to operate our business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive bonus and RSU stock grant upon accepted offer. California & New York: $145,800 to $210,600 All other US States: $135,000 to $195,000
