Exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager to join our Sika UK Marketing Team
Location: Leeds (Hybrid role)

About Marketing Management
As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, Sika UK Distribution is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in developing and executing effective marketing strategies to promote our market leading innovative construction sector offer.
Purpose of the Role
This role is responsible for developing and executing Sika UK’s Distribution integrated marketing strategy that resonates with our audiences to drive business results in collaboration with Target Market Sealing and Bonding and Building Finishing.

- Develop and implement traditional online and offline marketing strategies to promote UK Distribution Division products and services to meet business objectives and build an omnichannel marketing experience.
- To manage and build the end-to-end customer journey to ensure we achieve excellence in putting the customer first.
- Manage the delivery and conduct market research to understand market position, identify customer needs, preferences, and behaviours to build effective, targeted, marketing campaigns that enhance brand and grow market share.
- To evaluate marketing strategies including analysis of metrics, presenting data, and making recommendations for longer term developments.
- To manage a marketing budget demonstrating value for money and best practice investment opportunities
- To collaborate with key stakeholders to build integrated ways of working to ensure the marketing strategies align with the overall business goals.

The Skills
- We are keen to speak to candidates who are driven by delivering an end-to-end, customer-first, marketing strategy.
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager, preferably within a building supplies or related industry.
- Solid understanding of online and offline marketing strategies and ability to deliver integrated campaigns.
- Good analytical and evaluation skills
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills
- Structured and methodical with strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and be able to respond well under pressure and be resilient.
- Commercially astute
- Confident and with a curiosity to investigate and learn.
