Quality Lounge suites is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team in Watford. This is a full-time, salaried position with benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the creation and execution of marketing campaigns for our clients in the Watford area.
- Create and manage marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media posts, newsletters, etc.
- Assist with the creation and execution of marketing videos for our clients in Watford.
- Assist with the creation and execution of marketing events, including invitations, event programs, etc.
- Assist with the creation and execution of marketing graphics for our clients' websites.
- Help manage our company's social media presence across all platforms.
- Help manage our company's website.
- Help manage our company's social media accounts.
- Help manage our company's Facebook page.
- Help manage our company's Instagram account.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:
·Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Required).
·Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Required).·Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required).·Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with others in a variety of situations (Required).·Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (Preferred).·Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects at one time (Preferred).·Proficient in Google Suite (Preferred).·Familiarity with social media platforms (Preferred) Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter (Preferred) or equivalent experience (Desired).
