Proactive Personnel are excited to be working with a thriving leisure and tourism business based in Caernarfon to appoint a Marketing Manager due to a period of growth.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a keen Marketing candidate who is ready to head up a Marketing department but is still eager to learn and develop themselves. You will be working alongside the General Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the companies portfolio of holiday packages.

The Marketing Manager will be -

• Take full responsibility of the marketing budget, developing and executing marketing plans and campaigns to drive the business forward and increase bookings.
• Creating physical and digital marketing content (brochures, online content, social media campaigns, newsletters & promotional materials)
• Website and social media management.
• Working closely with all departments to ensure consistent branding.
• Monitoring and reviewing data and creating reports to effectively evaluate campaign effectiveness.

The Marketing Manager will have -

• 1 year + Marketing experience, with good exposure to all forms of marketing
• A creative mind with a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Good marketing knowledge of Google Ads & Analytics, Meta Ads.
• A proactive attitude with strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well independently as well as within a team.
• Welsh language skills is desirable but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
