Job Description
You will play a crucial role in linking the sales with the marketing within a regulated environment as it grows the customer engagement.
The key responsibilities of the Senior Marketing Manager will include but not limited to:
- Owning the creation and implementation of marketing strategies and plans to reach key B2B audiences across a range of online and offline communication channels.
- Lead the creation of impactful content and assets which bring our key messages to life and establish TPTs as a provider of choice in the workplace pensions market.
- Develop ideas and plans to support sales lead generation working closely with the Head of DC Sales
- Support the embedding of a new CRM system ensuring it delivers effective and compelling acquisition communication programmes to members.
- Own the end-to-end delivery of marketing initiatives and campaigns across paid and owned media channels.
- Manage the B2B marketing budget ensuring suppliers costs are aligned with plans and that accurate records are kept.
- Maintain up-to-date channel knowledge and keep abreast of industry trends, changes and competitor marketing activity and positioning.
The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Marketing Manager will have:
- A proven track record of working at a senior level as a full mix marketing and campaigns leader within a regulated environment (Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Professional Services, Pensions, Membership body)
- Experience of developing and delivering B2B marketing and lead generation plans with ability to successfully execute campaigns across a range of media channels including email, web, events, and print.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to secure buy-in and influence
- Ability to write creative briefs and manage creative agencies
- Good analytical skills with ability to use data to evaluate and optimise
- Ability to translate technical content into user-friendly engaging language

This role currently is stand alone but you will have a team around you to help deliver the strategy.
Please note this role is hybrid but you would need to be in the Leeds office twice a week.
