Responsibilities:

Client Collaboration: Collaborate with our clients to understand their unique business objectives, target audience, and marketing goals. Translate client requirements into effective email marketing strategies that align with their overall marketing plans.

Email Campaign Development: Develop engaging and persuasive email campaigns from concept to execution. Create compelling content, captivating subject lines, and persuasive calls-to-action (CTAs) to drive customer engagement, increase click-through rates (CTRs), and achieve desired campaign objectives.

Email Design and Coding: Collaborate with our design team to create visually appealing email templates that reflect our clients' brands. Utilize HTML/CSS coding skills to optimize email design for various email clients and devices, ensuring a seamless user experience.

List Management and Segmentation: Manage client email databases, ensuring data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance with relevant privacy regulations. Implement audience segmentation strategies to deliver targeted and personalized email experiences that resonate with different customer segments.

Testing and Optimisation: Conduct A/B testing on various elements of email campaigns, such as subject lines, content, and CTAs. Analyze performance metrics, including open rates, CTRs, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize campaigns for maximum impact.

Marketing Automation: Leverage marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) to develop automated email workflows, drip campaigns, and personalized customer journeys. Implement lead nurturing strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel and enhance client retention.

Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the success of email campaigns. Generate comprehensive reports for clients, highlighting campaign results, key findings, and actionable recommendations for future optimizations.

Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with email marketing best practices, emerging trends, and industry innovations. Share knowledge and insights with the team to foster continuous improvement and innovation in our email marketing strategies.

Requirements:

Experience: Proven experience as an Email Marketer or in a similar role within a marketing agency or digital marketing environment. Experience managing email campaigns for multiple clients is highly desirable.

Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools. Proficient in HTML/CSS coding for email design and customization. Familiarity with CRM systems and integrating email campaigns with other marketing channels.

Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical skills to interpret campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Experience with A/B testing and familiarity with email marketing metrics and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) is essential.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a flair for crafting compelling email copy, subject lines, and CTAs. Ability to effectively communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and present campaign strategies and results.

Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative email campaigns that capture attention and drive desired actions. Proficient in storytelling through email content and utilizing visual elements to enhance engagement.

Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client campaigns simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to adapt to changing client needs and handle tight timelines with flexibility.

Client Service Orientation: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. A client-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding client expectations and delivering exceptional results.
