What we're looking for
Momentive is seeking a highly motivated, growth focused and data-driven experienced paid media marketing manager to support our customer acquisition efforts to fuel our growth marketing efforts. This individual will play a key role in growing the business through the development, implementation, and optimization across various paid marketing channels (search, direct, paid social and programmatic) for our target audiences, use cases and personas across the Surveys pillar.
This is a critical role that is integral to the marketing organization, and requires cross department collaboration. In this role you must be able to handle several different tasks concurrently. This will include working closely with agency partners and cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns and resources and align strategy with business objectives.
We are looking for someone who has a strong sense of ownership, highly growth-oriented and analytical to effectively measure and manage the campaigns and who will relentlessly seek to test, improve, and optimize the programs. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, who has previous B2B experience, ideally within a SaaS sales-assisted customer acquisition and lead generation model, strong communication skills and the capability to effectively report to executives, key stakeholders on strategy, tactics, and performance.
You will
- Develop and manage complex, multi-region, multi-product, and multi-channel paid marketing campaigns to grow our global businesses; driving new paid bookings, leads, pipeline and revenue. Be comfortable with digital media channels across paid search, paid social, programmatic, native, video and account based marketing (ABM)
- Build and own a comprehensive short and long term cross-channel paid marketing strategy to meet business objectives. Develop new and innovative paid media strategies and programs to drive improvement across media channels.
- Manage the day-to-day execution; optimize programs through deriving insights from campaign data, recommend actionable improvements and report on key performance trends.
- Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders and executive teams showing the strategy and design of paid media programs as well as insights from a data-driven approach to media
- Share ongoing reporting and deliver weekly, monthly and quarterly performance updates and insights in partnership with media agency.
- Manage and monitor paid media budgets. Own & deeply understand pipeline/bookings targets & attainment and be accountable for marketing's role in reaching those goals
- Collaborate with the brand and design teams to develop ad copy, display, creative, content, and landing page designs that correctly communicate our product messaging and positioning.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate full funnel, end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points. Work with product growth to constantly test user flow with the intent of improving efficiency.
- Coordinate with demand generation, product management, product marketing, creative and web teams to improve marketing results.
You have
- First hand experience building and managing paid marketing campaigns for a SaaS B2B company
- Minimum of 8+ years managing direct response-focused online marketing programs in areas such as SEM, display, and social media advertising with clear ROI focused metrics.
- Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in paid media marketing
- Experience presenting strategies, performance and data-driven insights to large audiences and senior executives
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills to effectively communicate with senior management, cross-functional teams, agency partners.
- Strategic and innovative, with excellent analytical abilities and proven success in executing data-driven paid media marketing plans
- Ability to tie marketing objectives to overall performance metrics and/or ROI and ROAS
- Experience working with enterprise marketing technology, including lead quality, marketing automation, and sales force automation software
- A team player and self-starter that is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking initiative with limited resources, and making data driven decisions.
- Comfortable managing multiple assignments with competing priorities and tight deadlines.

What we offer our employees
The base pay provided for this position ranges from $125,205/year - $211,715/year depending on geographic market and assuming a full-time schedule. Actual base pay is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education or training, skills, and experience.
