Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives and target market. Identify key target audiences, positioning, and messaging to effectively promote our products and services.
· Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, events, and partnerships. Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve predetermined objectives.
· Maintain a strong brand presence and ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels. Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure a cohesive brand identity.
· Conduct market research to gain insights into consumer behaviour, market trends, and competitor activities. Analyse data to identify growth opportunities, target segments, and consumer needs to drive marketing strategies.
· Oversee digital marketing activities, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and website management. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and implement best practices to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
· Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop engaging and compelling content for various marketing channels. This includes website copy, blog posts, social media content, videos, infographics, and other relevant marketing materials.
· Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, lead generation, and ROI. Generate regular reports, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations to optimize marketing activities.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and design, to align marketing strategies with overall business goals. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive effective collaboration and campaign execution.
· Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources across different marketing activities. Monitor expenses and provide regular budget reports to management.
· Lead and mentor a marketing team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
Essential Criteria:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field and /or proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role.
· In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
· Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
· Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
· Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and make data-driven decisions.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
· Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a marketing team.
· Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas and solutions.
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and deliver results.
Desirable Criteria:
· Experience in a relevant industry or sector.
· Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
· Proficiency in data analytics and reporting tools.
· Understanding of international marketing and global market trends.
· Experience in managing external marketing agencies and vendors.
· Knowledge of graphic design principles and proficiency in design software.
