IndiCater’s goal is to provide hospitality businesses the tools they need to control their costs, improve their profit margins and manage their processes to improve performance and save valuable time through the use of our software solution.
This position will be in charge of managing all marketing activity related to the company's B2B audience with the aim of generating qualified business leads for sales conversion.
This role will suit candidates who enjoy working for a small business and have experience assessing marketing needs and creating and implementing a strategic marketing plan.
This role is remote with required attendance at quarterly company meetings (Reading area) and other ad hoc meetings as required.
JOB SUMMARY
Devise, implement and measure the success of a B2B campaign strategy in the context of IndiCater’s wider business strategy.
- Segment IndiCater’s target markets and identify how best to reach them.
- Manage a programme of activities designed to generate a stream of business leads.
- Coordinate the release of appropriate content across multiple channels, including website and social.
- Optimise the use of IndiCater’s CRM system, to create and track campaigns.
- Interpret IndiCater’s sales strategy and objectives to identify and prioritise the most promising channels and activities to exploit.
- Develop and maintain a suite of case studies and other testimonial materials through liaising with account managers, clients and third party suppliers.
- Liaise with third parties and external influencers as required (for example: PR, design agencies, event organisers, promotion partners).
- Maintain an awareness of product strategy and injecting a marketing perspective into related discussions.
- Create and schedule original, engaging, SEO-friendly content across all marketing communication platforms.
- Manage all company B2B social media channels, including (but not limited to) Twitter and LinkedIn.
- Manage spend against the marketing budget, ensuring best value, and estimating likely ROI.
- Define, track and manage Key Performance Indicators for marketing activities.
- Design sales and marketing collateral and act as brand ambassador to ensure all collateral is on brand.
- Support the company in ensuring the company mission and vision are relevant and practiced throughout the company.
REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant experience in a broad range of marketing activities and disciplines, particularly campaign management, and demonstrable evidence of results.
- Ability to present clear and concise communications, with advanced competence in the use of English.
- Ability to work on own initiative without the need for direction.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a wider team and inspire others to contribute.
- Ability to manage time to maximise productivity and efficiency.
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and achieve deadlines.

SOFTWARE SKILLS
Familiarity with email automation tools, social media management software, web analytics and tracking, SEO, PPC Advertising platforms, Design and Creativity Software, Project Management and Customer Relationship Management tools.
