We are on the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team here at Iglu, as our Performance Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the management of the Digital Marketing team across Paid Search, Paid Social, Display and Retargeting. You will be hands-on while also helping to drive growth, strong performance and deliver against company targets for Iglu Cruise, Planet Cruise and Iglu Ski.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging, compelling & innovative ads across different marketing channels including but not limited to: Google, Instagram and Facebook
- Responsible for managing medium to large spend levels within budget
- Monitor price changes, competitor activity and review ad comments on a regular basis
- Manage bids across platforms to ensure the company’s goals are met
- Report and analyse performance to drive optimisation decisions
- Play an integral role in the development & execution of channel strategies
- Proactively discover and suggest new ideas to help further grow the channels
- Liaise with partners/tools at Facebook, Google and other vendors
- Monitor key trends and insights across search engines
- Adopt best practice techniques including keyword expansion, SQRs and A/B tests
- Build strong relationships with other departments
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Paid Search
- Managerial or mentoring experience within previous roles
- Experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
- Experience with Criteo or other third party partners is a bonus
- Competent using bidding automation tools is a plus (e.g SA360)
- GSCE Maths or equivalent level 6/B
- Advanced Excel skill
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Organised, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritise tasks
- An understanding of business strategy and the ability to work towards company goals
- Reactive to change and responds positively to new challenges.
