The Position
As an Online Marketing Manager, you will be directly working with the Head of Demand Generation. Your primary focus will be running ad campaigns across different channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, Meta and Reddit, and ensuring consistent delivery of marketing qualified leads to the sales team. Humanitec runs a state of the art performance marketing setup where you will learn how to build effective demand gen campaigns, understand full funnel optmization, and work with sophisticated BI tools that will help you learn how to analyze data better, and make informed campaign decisions. Your secondary focus will be to support content and community operations, which will help you get a wholistic idea of the marketing functions at Humanitec, and help us put together the largest platform engineering event, PlatformCon 2024.
The role:
Drive Humanitec's growth through demand generation campaigns, creating qualified marketing leads, that can be pushed to the sales team.
You are responsible for the holistic and independent conception, implementation, management and optimization of paid search campaigns (Google Ads) and paid social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Twitter)
You analyze and identify new SEA possibilities - for example through keyword research, competitor analyses and content gap analyses.
You analyze and report on performance and efficiency, share learnings from testing, find new opportunities to grow and ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test & learn strategy.
Requirements
You have 1+ years of relevant professional/agency experience in performance marketing.
You have working experience with Google ads, and one of the paid social platforms such as Twitter, LinkedIn or Facebook.
You have working experience of Google Analytics, and would be great if you have worked with BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, Tableau, Domo etc.
You understand attribution to some level and have experience in setting up tracking of marketing campaigns.
You are highly quantitative & analytically driven (bouncing numbers in Excel, or big data tools are your daily business).
Working experience with HubSpot/Salesforce is a plus.
