This position will be based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire branch.
Our business is repairing domestic appliances for varied customer types ranging from private consumers and letting agents to housing associations and insurance companies. We do this by utilising the great engineers we have working in the field as well as through our network of subcontractors.
What you’ll get up to as a Marketing Manager:
The role will be based at our Chippenham, Wiltshire office working 08:30-17:00 Monday to Friday (with a 30 minutes lunch break each day).
As the Marketing Manager you will report to the senior Management team, responsible for the implementation and design of all areas of Marketing. This includes suggesting new strategies and reviewing what the company are currently doing. You will work with members of the team to develop marketing initiatives around the core company, planning, designing and implementing the marketing plan.
The role includes:
● Assist in managing advertising such as PPC campaigns on Google AdWords and Microsoft Bing
● Creating articles for our website(s)
● Building marketing strategies and designing marketing materials
● Working with other department heads to align priorities
● Managing social media accounts
● Responding to customer reviews, and obtaining new positive ones
● Developing new ideas and strategies to grow the business
What we look for in you:
You’ll need to be a forward thinker who is self-driven:
● Strong communication skills
● Be organised, great timekeeper, and meet deadlines
● Be proactive and able to work on their own initiative
● Computer literate
● Knowledge of designing software such as photoshop, Affinity Photo, Affinity Design, etc. (preferred but not essential)
● Knowledge of PPC, social media, SEO (preferred but not essential)
