ABOUT FINISTERRE

Born two decades ago from the needs of hardy British surfers, Finisterre designs functional and sustainable product for those that share a love of the sea. B Corp certified, a leader in its field and based in a cliff top location in St Agnes, Cornwall, as well as ten stores across the UK, Finisterre is a truly unique brand and career proposition. We are looking for brave, honest, and driven individuals to join our crew as enter our next exciting stage of global growth.

Perched a few hundred meters from the crashing Atlantic, our cliff top HQ at St. Agnes’ Wheal Kitty Workshops in Cornwall is at the heart of our brand. Here we stay true to our original design ethos of functionality and sustainability brought to life in an understated style and identity, always remaining committed to product, environment, and people.

Culture and team are everything here - it’s a buzzing place to work, and we enjoy the natural environment and ocean on a daily basis. This is an amazing opportunity for somebody to be involved with an authentic, purpose-led brand.

  • Responsible for managing all our digital agency partners (SEO, PPC, Paid Social) and ensuring they are set up to be successful, whilst also held accountable for reaching the goals we set together.
  • Responsible for weekly and monthly reporting on all spend and the results, ensuring that the most appropriate metrics are used (and that they are agreed to by the leadership team).

This is a full-time position based in London with the requirement to travel to our HQ in St Agnes once a month.
