Job Description
The Digital Growth Marketing Manager is responsible for driving Farther's growth through effective digital marketing strategies. You will develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to acquire new wealth advisors and clients, increase user engagement, and drive revenue growth. This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated digital marketing professional to lead key growth initiatives and be a vital contributor to the success of the marketing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
- Remain up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in digital marketing, startups, and fintech
- Knowledge of broad user acquisition, best practices across all digital channels, user touchpoints, marketing measurement, and tracking methods
- Design and manage outreach campaigns to promote events and engage with potential prospects
- Conduct frequent digital benchmarks with key competitors to determine opportunities to improve our digital strategy
- Manage day-to-day relationships with external entities and internal team members to successfully deploy marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the finance team to set and stay within budget
Qualifications:
- BA (ideally, MBA)
- 6+ years experience developing strategic, comprehensive marketing strategies
- Proficiency in digital marketing channels, including; WebFlow, paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing
- Experience with marketing automation, CRM platforms (particularly HubSpot), and data reporting tools
- Knowledge of user acquisition, best practices across all digital channels, user touchpoints, marketing measurement, and tracking methods
- Experience with independently executing successful lead generation campaigns
- Proven track record of managing campaigns targeted at both B2B and B2C audiences
- Knowledge of the wealth management industry
- Previous experience in the B2B SaaS industry is preferred
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
