Marketing Manager Edtech SaaS - Super Opportunity
A super opportunity for a Marketing professional to join our clients a leading Education Technology company as Marketing Manager.
Remote with some office contact - from Leicester Head Office
Up to £50,000 plus excellent benefits package including private healthcare, enhanced parental leave, pension scheme and generous sick leave.
Role Overview: You will lead the marketing team and be responsible for the execution and positioning of a wide range of marketing activities including email marketing, thought leadership, social media, and digital advertising.
- Develop and execute an integrated marketing plan with Sales and Product Marketing
- Deploy various marketing programs (email, content, digital ads) using HubSpot.
- Lead and collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute targeted customer campaigns.
- Manage the UK marketing budget
- Drive customer growth, engagement, and retention across K-12 education space.
- Monitor and report on campaign results to the executive team.
- Generate creative demand-gen ideas and implement innovative initiatives.
- Coordinate work with the US marketing team
About You:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in SaaS or B2B marketing
- Strong lead generation with a proven track record of success in the education sector (preferably K-12)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive insights and improve performance.
- A successful track record of managing, leading and growing a team
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and strong copywriting skills
- Results driven, ambitious and motivated.
