ECSTREAM is thrilled to be recruiting an influential and talented Influencer Marketing Manager on behalf of a fast-growing E-commerce Women's Fashion Brand.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Influencer Marketing Manager to join our thriving women's fashion e-commerce brand. This role requires a deep understanding of influencer marketing strategies, with a focus on leveraging influencers across various channels, especially TikTok, in the UK. Additionally, having an established influencer network in other European countries or the USA would be a significant advantage. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Mandarin, enabling effective communication and collaboration with influencers and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive engagement, with a particular emphasis on TikTok influencers in the UK.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies, both locally and internationally, to establish a diverse and influential network.
- Identify and engage with relevant influencers who align with the brand's target audience, values, and aesthetic.
- Collaborate with influencers on gifting and paid partnerships, negotiating contracts and deliverables to ensure mutually beneficial relationships.
- Provide detailed briefs and guidance to influencers, ensuring alignment with the brand's messaging, style, and objectives.
- Monitor and analyze influencer campaigns, measuring their effectiveness and making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, social media, and content teams to align influencer campaigns with broader brand initiatives.
- Monitor and manage budgets allocated to influencer marketing, ensuring optimal allocation and ROI.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, with a strong track record of successful influencer campaigns
- Extensive knowledge of influencers across various channels, especially TikTok, in the UK. Familiarity with influencers in other European countries or the USA is a plus.
- Fluency in English, Mandarin speaker will be a plus.
- Strong network and relationships with influencers, content creators, and agencies, with a demonstrated ability to establish and maintain partnerships.
- Proficient in gifting and paid partnerships with influencers, including contract negotiations and deliverable management.
- Excellent understanding of user-generated content (UGC) and the ability to provide detailed briefs and guidance to influencers for collaboration.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and analyze campaign performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally within a fast-paced environment.
