What you’ll be doing:
The Customer Marketing Manager – Rare & Collectable Whiskies will report into Justerini & Brooks’ Customer Marketing Manager and will be responsible for creating and executing in partnership with the commercial team and the brand advocates strong customer marketing plans and incredibly high-end executions. Customers focus both the top 1% on & off-trade outlets in the GB market and HNWI.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Working synergically with RARE GBT, and BRAND GBT to input into growth drivers and activities, from concept to execution.
Acting as the face of the brands and Diageo – ensure the highest standards are always upheld.
Rolling Out outstanding and high-end visibility and activations for our RARE portfolio in the top on & off-trade outlets in the UK.
Inspiring through execution both consumers and trade customers to drive talkability and awareness.
Working closely with the Diageo GB Reserve team to ensure a collaborative approach.
What you’ll have:
Strong level of understanding of the ON TRADE channel
Passion for luxury and premium brands, our customers & our consumers.
Deep knowledge of whisky category and total beverage alcohol.
Strong project management skills: being able to plan, prioritise and lead deliverables.
Creative and inspiring approach to be able to engage and recruit consumers and customers.
Strong commercial instinct.
Demonstrates consistently high standards of execution.
Previous experience in commercial or brand roles required.
