Marketing Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:
Experienced marketing manager (7+ years) within the digital integrated marketing / ad sales industry / OOH / offline showroom marketing with a deep understanding of how to creatively work for promoting brand awareness and increasing sales. Additionally, this role will manage the direct marketing campaign planning and operations. This position will work in our corporate office located in Los Angeles, CA.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serves as the strategic owner of end-to-end direct customer marketing
- Leads a team through the marketing planning and operations processes.
- Own and oversee the execution of the brand experience strategy across priority channels (eCommerce, App, In-store, Online Ads, Social Medias) in the partnership with the marketing agencies.
- Lead the production of elevated product storytelling content.
- Support the delivery of the Digital Brand Marketing Manual to guide consistent digital experiences across the regions, allowing for regionalization and localization as needed.
- Monitors and manages the progress to ensure marketing campaigns and activities are appropriately built and deployed across channels.
- Partners with CRM team to appropriately manage audiences.
- Lead the marketing agencies that support the digital brand experience priorities
- Support in the creation of the digital content strategy
- Measure and report on the impact of the marketing activities and campaigns including identifying learnings that enable optimizations to future work.
- Improves processes and mechanism to ensure team time and effort is maximized on an ongoing basis.

QUALIFICATION:
- 7+ years of experience working with a brand or creative/marketing/digital agency
- Ability to interpret internal and external opportunities or roadblocks, quickly identifying areas for optimization and resolution.
- Experience leading and managing a team.
- Desire to stay on the pulse of digital trends and conversations, leading through innovation.
- Must be a self-starter, critical thinker, team player, thrives working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, collaborative, and flexible.
