We have grown as a business, which is why we need to add to our team by finding a talented Marketing Manager with a background in buildings and/or architecture. About you and the role
We have some innovative products & services we’d like to gain more exposure and offer specifically into tall building management across the UK and globally. You will help bring this vision to life and create an engagement strategy to develop our market positioning and lead discussions about our new digital tools. Aimed at asset managers, you will collate and report on their views, make recommendations from your research and expertise with a view to improving our developing products.
Your ability to identify trends, create engaging campaigns, build external engagement, implement and monitor delivery against set KPIs, and develop new growth opportunities in niche markets over the next three years and beyond will ensure your success in this role.
To flourish, you will have excellent writing and analytical skills, the ability to organise your workload independently and deliver to targets. You will be able to bring your experience of delivering engaging presentations to the fore and use your research and interpretation skills to confidently deliver accurate reports that will help us generate continuous improvements.
This is first and foremost a marketing role, but you may have the opportunity to get involved in preparing pitch documentation. Having a background or some experience of account management, or business development, may be useful.

- Research, develop, create and implement a fresh businesses marketing strategy.
- Lead the creative concept and campaign development, for UK & Singapore.
- Develop and implement engaging content, sparking ideas, questions, debates, sharing of content and enhancements of perceived market value.
- Increase market awareness of the business niche services, solutions and products.
- Assess market trends across channels and develop specific campaigns to address relevant trends with insight.
- Set-up specific LinkedIn campaigns and deliver content to targeted groups and audiences globally.
- Work with and manage the current marketing teams digital and content-based activities, ensure activities align to the business vison.
- Set and manage budgets, scheduling and forecasting content delivery.
- Measure delivery of campaign effectiveness to ensure maximum engagement, setting KPI’s in line with business strategy.
- Work with Digital Marketing Manager to create target market-specific content, advertising and sales materials where required.
Essential skills & experience
- Proven experience of B2B marketing at a senior level.
- Ideally some experience within the built environment / architecture sector.
- Excellent understanding of communications, PR, branding and marketing principles.
- Experience opening up new markets with new products and services.
- A sound understanding of Adobe CC (image and video applications).
- An excellent understanding and application of Microsoft Office.
- A strong desire to learn, develop and share your knowledge to grow the team.
- Flexibility is a must at Building Transformation.
What you can expect in return
- A starting salary between £40,000 and £50,000 per annum
- Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, usually worked between 8:30 to 17:00
- A 3-month probationary period
- Hybrid working after probation is available
- Travelling to the office in Bedford and other locations in London is essential to be successful in this role. Please note that there may be some travelling to Singapore required at some point in the future, to help develop our market hold there.
