We are seeking a Program Manager on the Global Marketing Operations team to support our client's Seller and Product Marketing Strategy. In this role you will work closely with leadership to improve the seller experience by employing methods to operationalize programs. You will support the development of programs that bring together seasonal moments, educational content, value and product messages into one cohesive and compelling communication effort that drives seller growth.

This role requires tight-knit collaboration, critical thinking, relationship building, and excellent communication skills. You will partner with all levels throughout the organization, working closely with cross-functional partners and external vendors to plan and align our program strategies to ensure a seamless transition into the creative execution phase.

This 12-month contract position will report to the Senior Director of Global Marketing Operations. We offer flexible workplace policies that can accommodate working from home for candidates who are comfortable traveling to an office location 1-2 times per week.

Your responsibilities

  • Lead program management support for our Seller and Product Marketing work streams, partnering with leadership on building out strategic programs across Etsy. e.g. work streams including but not limited to campaigns such as Etsy Design Awards, Holiday Cyber Sales, and Seller activities
  • Implement campaign operations including new and existing processes, operating rhythms as needed, RACIs, timely delivery and recaps across all collaborators
  • Co-create and manage overarching timelines, program roadmaps; including planning and operationalizing briefs, dress rehearsals and launch logistics
  • Partner with multiple team members across brand, analytics, CRM, performance marketing, communications and engagement, among others, to support the evolution and maintenance of the programming calendar reflecting integrated and evergreen marketing programs that align to the marketing organization's goals and strategic vision
  • Assist with ongoing program prioritization and scoping efforts
  • Support strategy development ensuring creative requests align to business priorities and include vital inputs that can be actioned on
  • Review and refine processes and operating cadences alongside leadership

About you

  • 5+ years of tried and true experience as a program, project or account manager, with proven success driving marketing programs in a fast-paced environment and an understanding of B2B marketing strategy and product.
  • PMP or CSM preferred, not required.
  • Organized and efficient, with advanced problem solving skills, outstanding attention to detail, and excellent time management abilities.
  • Agile and quick to adapt to evolving business needs and objectives but also acutely aware of long term goals.
  • Accountable to deliver high quality work and are proactive to share new ideas with peers and leadership.
  • Highly collaborative and operate with integrity, confidence, and compassion.
  • Passionate about supporting small businesses and deeply cares about the Etsy buyer and seller experience.
  • Experience in building, evangelizing, and adapting processes in highly agile workstreams.
  • Ability to calmly prioritize, keeping others updated on plans and progress.
  • Passionate about bringing people and teams together around common objectives!
