A well established, values driven not for profit membership organisation are looking for a creative Marketing Manager to join their Marketing, Communications and Events team in a newly created role. This is a brilliant opportunity to join at a time that will allow you to really make an impact to their mission and purpose, and shape the role as you lead a small team to deliver a range of marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and drive traffic to their website and socials.
Please note – this is a hybrid role – two days per week are required in the Central London office.
This Marketing Manager role would suit a passionate generalist marketer that enjoys a fast paced and varied role. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the marketing and campaigns team across all channels. This role is part of a new and highly dynamic Marketing, Communications and Events team with responsibility for the strategic development and implementing marketing and campaign initiatives for its members and key stakeholders to drive awareness, engagement and growth. This role will include overseeing the website, social media and other digital channels performance and content creation, as well as marketing programmes for CPD, awards, sponsorship and competitions schedule.
As the Marketing and Campaigns Manager you will manage the marketing of all products and services that generates leads and retains existing membership. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications and Events, this will focus on project managing all campaigns, producing and editing promotional material, developing audience segmentation and establish reporting framework.
The ideal candidate will be a marketing generalist that enjoys forming strong and positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of seniority. You will have strong project management skills and will positively contribute to the coaching and mentoring of your team. Perhaps you are an experienced Marketing Executive looking for your first management role – or are an experienced manager with a real passion for people.
The salary on offer for this role is up to £42,000 plus benefits.
