We’re looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager, both creative and analytical with great organizational skills, who will take ownership of our B2B Social Media channel and further build engagement, grow brand awareness and generate consideration level interest from existing and prospective brand partners.

The ideal candidate will be able to control multiple projects at once to help keep our channel active, whilst also having the skill to create and turn around content quickly when needed to keep up with online trends.

You must bring the creativity and agility required to differentiate Amazon Fashion in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This role will operate across 9 EU countries cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as Business Development, PR, B2C Marketing, Retail and 3P teams.

Key job responsibilities
  • Lead and execute comprehensive social media marketing strategies and campaigns, spanning new product launches, partnerships, brand campaigns, and cultural moments, driving engagement and building a community.
  • Create captivating and culturally relevant social media content and manage the monthly content calendar; identifying content streams working backwards from our strategic pillars and goals.
  • Define and deliver the goals and key KPIs for our social media platform and other key content work streams (e.g. success stories), monitoring, tracking, analyzing and reporting on the performance of LinkedIn.
  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preference; stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications. Perform competitor analysis and be agile in creating new, trending content in response to trends.
  • Design and create dedicated paid ad campaigns, tailored exclusively to our key strategic pillars and target audience.
  • Suggest and implement new ideas and growth techniques to develop brand awareness and consideration, increase reach among our target audience and engagement per post.
  • Write engaging copy for social media posts and other creative documents.

  • MBA
  • Experience in A/B testing
  • Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services
  • Some video / graphic design / photography skills would be preferable
