We’re looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial Marketing Manager, with focus on industry events and partnerships, to drive the growth of Amazon Fashion in Europe. The ideal candidate will be a highly analytical and hands-on problem solver with a proven track record of successfully driving lead generation through industry events and partnerships.
You will use your experience to identify, organize, deliver and manage virtual and in-person UK/European industry events that attract and engage our key target audience and prospective brand partners. You will also help build relationships with external credible fashion partners and identify opportunities for Amazon Fashion to support the industry.
You must bring the creativity and agility required to differentiate Amazon Fashion in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. This role will operate across 9 EU countries cross-functionally with key stakeholders such as Business Development, PR, B2C Marketing.

Key job responsibilities
- Own strategy, development, and optimization of field marketing events and internal/external campaigns in order to improve brand perception, nurture existing relationships and accelerate lead readiness for business development teams.
- End-to-end management of event/campaign projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Work across a dynamic ecosystem of stakeholders to help define, develop, and implement integrated event strategies.
- Partner with external agencies in support of event management and execution.
- Dive deep into data with reports and dashboards to provide visibility into event results, and effectiveness.
- Provide clear and concise documentation for stakeholder teams that outline strategy, tactics, goals, and performance for campaigns.
- MBA
- Experience in A/B testing
- Experience in B2B, digital advertising, and ad-tech products/services
