General Summary:
The marketing manager is responsible for the creative strategy, operation, and continuous improvement of all marketing initiatives and deliverables across the divisions and company at large.
This critical role will manage and develop all marketing communications as well as ensure the highest quality support to sales teams and various company departments. The marketing manager is instrumental in providing leadership for the marketing department while delivering innovative solutions.
This role builds the brand by managing the day-to-day flow of projects (from briefing to execution) while also managing projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
Key Responsibilities & Role Details:
- Develops and implements marketing plans to meet overall division sales and traffic goals.
- Promotes services and products to the consumer and business community through various activities and events
- Conducts feasibility and marketing research studies to utilize the right tactics, reach the right audience and garner results in line with the division’s needs.
- Manages and suggests marketing activities (both direct and indirect marketing) which may include media buys (traditional through digital), email marketing, direct mail, PR, printing, event planning, signage strategies, digital media, website management, social media and other brand enhancing assets.
- Suggests changes in strategy or services provided to respond to changing market conditions.
- Provides marketing tracking and research information by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
- Manages the brand through the customer journey touchpoints and use with all employee interactions and experiences. Supports various departments with brand compliancy and execution where applicable.
- Builds and nurtures relationships with sales agents to deliver cohesive and well-executed marketing strategies per community.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of business experience
- 5+ years in a marketing / strategy function or management consulting experience
- Previous experience developing and executing marketing, sales and growth strategies
- Proven effectiveness collaborating cross-functionally
- Preference given to Central or Eastern time zones
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
