Marketing Associate

Location: London (Hybrid)

An exciting new role has become available within the EMEA marketing team, based in the UK. We are looking for a talent to cover the role of Marketing Associate in the team who oversees the marketing strategy and operations in the EMEA region, which includes over 50 countries.

The Marketing Associate will support the impact of IQVIA in the Life Science industry, disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its solutions, developing marketing campaigns as well as organizing events.

The role will be based in the London office and the successful candidate must be prepared to work in the London office as occasion demands.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide marketing support to the marketing and business line teams.
  • Participate in the creation of, and is responsible for the fulfillment of campaigns execution to ensure successful positioning of IQVIA brand, its solution to both existing clients and new audiences and/or prospects
  • Support the monitoring of external communications messages and campaigns to ensure they are consistent across all mediums and for different departments of the organization
  • Support the development of internal communications on behalf of the EMEA Leadership Team
  • Support the coordination of external agencies working to develop marketing materials for IQVIA.
  • Support the dissemination of Corporate and Regional marketing and communications guidance throughout the EMEA region and the coordination of the related activities.
  • Contribute to the analysis of the impact of EMEA marketing campaigns
  • Contribute to the effective administration of the EMEA marketing function.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 1 year of related marketing experience, B2B marketing is a plus
  • Good knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of marketing.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent English communications skills required – both written and verbal.
  • Good problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
