Role Description
Due to exciting growth plans Soundcrash are recruiting for a Marketing Assistant to help promote their festivals, concerts and special events. Working across a number of venues from bespoke outdoor sites, indoor concert venues, clubs and in partnership with the corporate side of the business to deliver the shows. These include South Facing, Margate Summer Series, The Bay Series in Cardiff and Brighton Valley Concert Series as well as Soundcrash touring shows.
The role will involve supporting the Marketing Manager across all festivals and concerts, helping deliver bespoke marketing campaigns for each individual event that will ultimately drive ticket sales as well as inputting to the strategy of these campaigns.
Working closely with the Marketing Marketing and small team to devise and continually evolve brand strategy for each event, including brand values and communication guidelines you will build a community (on and offline).

Who you are
Competencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience
- Some experience in or exposure to marketing, ideally from a music marketing background or in events promotion
- Good knowledge of the events/music industry
- Ideally you’ll have experience of both on and offline marketing
- Keen interest and knowledge of current market trends

What the role includes
- Implimenting marketing plans for each event
- Talking to media partners and collating marketing spend options
- Briefing content with suppliers, designers, video content suppliers etc.
- Supporting relationships with mainstream media partnerships
- Bring fresh insight to new opportunities and partnerships
- Researching and identifying new prospects
- Help manage website, social network channels and databases
